WORKSHOP
It's in its 4290 m2 of workshop that ID CONSTRUCTION realise projects identified by the research department.
Our teams of skilled welders and assemblers work in compliance with safety standards more stringent to ensure a reliable product with a rock solid and stable over time.
To do this, we have a machinery in constant evolution. It currently consists of 10 welding stations, five 5-ton cranes, three drills, a fast rotator, 4 punch, a shot, a laser-cutting, a band saw with CNC drilling unit, a guillotine shears 4-meter, a press brake AMADA 4 meters, ...
ASSEMBLY
Our foremen, drivers and assemblers are responsible for the final phase of your project. They work throughout France in order to assemble the structures fabricated in our workshops.
Their training, skills and experience guarantee efficiency and seamless control of the assembly process, assembly and installation of metal structures, from simple to complex.
There is also a fleet of vehicles and construction equipment assuring us full autonomy in our actions. It includes two Merlos 13 m telescopic platform with remote, a Merlo telescopic 17 m platform with remote, a Merlo telescopic 16 m, an articulated arm platform 15 m, 1 scissor lifts, two trailers of 38 tons 4 more trailer lorry, truck tray 3 and 9 vans site.
